Good News for the Holiday Season

We always hear the bad news, so I'll relate some good news in honor of this season of holidays:

First, on the home front, a mother threw her newborn son out of a third story window. The building was on fire and a man caught the baby and administered CPR. The mother was rescued by fire fighters and given oxygen.

Second, the people of Iraq have conducted a successful free election. The parliament they elect will appoint a government including a new prime minister. Kurds, Sunnis and Shiites all turned out in droves to ensure good representation from each of their factions.
